How do I book a unit?
We offer contactless, fully automated online move-ins! Simply go to our customer booking portal to view our wide range of unit types and sizes and see real-time availability.
Can I pay my bill online?
You sure can! You can view and pay your invoices online in your account under 'Invoices'.
Can I access my unit on my own?
Yes, after completing the online booking through the customer portal, you will be assigned a unit. You will be able to access your unit on move-in date.
I booked a unit. How do I know where it is?
Once you've reserved a unit and made an account, you can view the sitemap of the location you selected and see exactly where your unit is before you arrive. You can find this in your profile under 'Your units'.
Are locks for the units provided?
No, the tenant is responsible to provide their own lock for their unit.
